At Invincible Cables, we offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. To start the return process, please contact us via email.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you’ll need your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. If you can’t find your order number, check your order confirmation email. If you still need assistance, contact us at


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original, unopened packaging. If you are returning multiple boxes or reels of cable, please submit each return separately to receive individual shipping labels.



Once you submit your return through the returns portal, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. We offer deeply discounted rates on return shipping, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged Items or Fulfillment Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damages or shortages to our team immediately to help us resolve any issues. If you are not satisfied, contact our team or visit the returns portal within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.



After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. If the returned item is used, not in its original condition, missing pieces, or has an opened package, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied based on the condition of the return.


Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
