Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
Thank you for choosing Invincible Cables. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every product we offer. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that not all claims are refundable—certain conditions may apply.

Returns
All return requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this window will not be accepted. Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
How To Initiate A Return
To initiate a return, contact our Customer
Service team at info@invinciblecables.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA:
1. Place the item securely in its original packaging.
2. Include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery. Returns damaged in transit or improperly packed will not be accepted.
Inspection & Validation
Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify the reported issue. If the return is found to be valid and falls under the returnable conditions, we will proceed with a refund, exchange, or store credit.
If the issue cannot be confirmed, the return may be denied. We will notify you of the outcome at each step of the process via email.
Refunds
Approved returns will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
● Clearance or sale items
● Stock liquidation products
● Custom-made or special-order cables
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to our team right away. We will arrange for a free return and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
If there's a price difference in the exchange:
● If the replacement item costs less, you will receive store credit, a promo code, or a refund of the difference.
● If it costs more, you will be required to pay the additional amount before shipment.
Additional Terms
● A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
● A 3% payment processing fee will also apply.
● Final sale items are not returnable.
● Returned goods must have all original labels, serial numbers, and packaging intact.
● Items must be unopened and unused.
● Proof of purchase is mandatory.
● Custom or special-manufactured products cannot be returned.
● Items returned in a damaged or altered condition will be rejected.
